How do I join the investors cub and what are the criteria to be accepted?
In order to join the Investors Club you need to apply and receive an approval from our internal evaluation team to join the club. If you are here on our website you probably have a sensitivity to gender equality and impact. That’s what we would like to see in your application and know how active you are as an investor. So any investment track record, or as a new investors, your future commitments is highly link and reference towards impact initiatives and your own professional domain,appreciated.

Who is co-investing with me?
You’ll be investing alongside with professional investors and those who are new to investment. The As a community, you all will be able to connect together and share your thoughts and learn from each other. This is a curated group, meaning every single person who is in the investors club has been screened and selected to join in order to make sure we have a unique and like-minded group of impact investors who share the same vision.
What are my voting rights?
You will be able to cast your vote for any upcoming deal and participate in the decision makings depending on your level of membership and your past experiences. You will be able to decide in you would like to take part in a deal or not.
What are the criteria of participation in the Investors Club?
Completing the application process and KYC
Complying with the minimum yearly commitment of 10,000€/year
Being an active member and cast votes for deals
Respecting the Codes of Ethics of the club
Do I get tax benefits?
It would be possible to receive tax benefits depending on the country where you file your taxes. We will provide you with all the necessary documents to be able to submit them to the authorities.
