Caring about the environment and building a business don’t have to be separate from each other. Giving back to mother earth which has been providing resources to us so that we can build what we are doing today, is a deep non-negotiable commitment.

If we are going to solve the problem of founders anywhere in the world, we have to put the most underrepresented ones at the core. So our products and services have to be accessible and affordable for those individuals.
Collective Cooperation & Self-Governance
We do things right. To do things right we need to not only use intelligent tools but also tap into the wisdom of our communities and their collective intelligence to make the right decisions. We give control of our government to the people who are actively engaged in and connected to our organization. Voting shares can only be held by stewards, i.e., people in the organization.
Purpose-Orientation
Profits for us are a means to an end, not an end in themselves. All the profits generated by our organization are either reinvested in the business, used to repay our investors, shared with stakeholders, or donated to charities in line with our cause.
